Students

On-the-Job Training, or OJT for short, is a cooperative form of instruction. OJT provides students the opportunity to received paid or unpaid supervised work-based learning in an industry or business setting. In the case of PPATA, these jobs come in the form of apprenticeship programs.

OJT programs give students the chance to apply skills and knowledge gained from the apprenticeships toward careers as journeymen and beyond.

OJT Cards are available in interactive Adobe PDF format with printing and submission options built in. Simply click on the form, download, fill it out, then submit to email the completed form to PPATA’s Administrative Assistant.
